Acting roles

Recently our group has been discussing roles in the film. Its good that our group has diversity of female and males staring in our film. We are thinking Rachel could be used as a victim of a killer, having importance to the film by being the daughter of someone with lots of power. Johnathan and Sebastian could play either a villain or a capturer and have Rachel be the main focus of the film and getting her back. 


The setting also could be in lots of places we were thinking about doing it in a local park where there is a bunch of wooded area. This is where the drone shot would best look because of the tall trees and little sight could produce a very good heart racing scene. Johnathan and Sebastian at this point in production are playing savages that live in the woods and have captured rachel but highly trained men go on a mission to get her back.

Final phases

We have finally approached the last week of the project and it’s very close to being finished. We are filming the ending today and then proceeding to the editing portion. We are doing some special effects that we haven’t done before like implicating a gun shot, as well as duplicating a knife throw. These are great effects that will put our opening ahead and make it special.  Along with the editing we will be adding all non copyrighted and trademark free music. This part is very very crucial because if we accidentally add copyrighted music it could invalidate our project. We have already found some potential music to use that fit perfectly into our genre of action/thriller.

CCR

After much long and hard work I have finally completed my ccr. I wrote a script before to ensure no mistakes were made and that I fit the criteria perfectly. It is just above the five minute which make it perfect so that the audience doesn’t bore out while watching/listening. I hit on all the good points in our film and go over it all very broadly. starting phases 3

      The storyboard is coming along very well and were all sharing our ideas with one another to get the creative juices flowing. we've decided our genre will be action/thriller with a touch of drama, leaving the audience with a cliff hanger wandering what will happen next. we've just started the beginning of the storyboard which is definitely a difficult part of the project because we don't want to give away too much of the movie in just the opening scene. Although the opening scene should establish characters, setting, and plot.             Also we are discussing costume choices, music, and props to include all these things need to be included to create a well put together film opening. I will be posting the storyboard when it is more organized and complete. So far we are off to a great start and I cant wait to see what we accomplish in the future.
